Delivery - parcels will be unmarked for security purposes. They will either be delivered using Australia Post or a Courier service - whichever can guarantee faster delivery after dispatching. A signature on receipt will be required.Delivery Locations
Delivery in Australia Only - goods to be ordered and delivered to residents of Australia only. We will not accept or ship orders to non-Australian delivery addresses.
Additions and Alterations to Orders
We cannot make additions or deletions to orders once they have been placed. We cannot process backorders - please re-order. We will notify you upon receipt of orders if we are unable to fulfill.
Refund Policy
Refunds - no refund or exchange will be issued unless stock is recalled by the manufacturer. If this is the case then we will pay all associated costs.
